Scheduled Emails: More Visibility, Better Reliability
We improved scheduled emails with clearer recipient visibility, more accurate recipient data, better tracking, and stronger behind-the-scenes reliability.
We have made a series of improvements to scheduled emails to make them easier to manage and more reliable behind the scenes.
See Exactly Who Will Receive Emails
One of the most helpful updates is better visibility into scheduled emails.
In the Guests section, the Yesterday / Today / Tomorrow counts are now clickable. When you click them, you will see a detailed list of the actual recipients, including who the email is going to, who is copied, and the subject line.
You can also click directly from an email address to jump to the related reservation, making it much faster to review or make changes.

Cleaner, More Accurate Recipient Data
We fixed an issue where some scheduled emails were missing recipient information. This mainly affected things like birthday emails or other date-based messages.
Now, recipient details are correctly pulled in, so you can trust that emails are going to the right people and clearly see that in the system.

Better Tracking and Fewer Delivery Issues
We also improved how scheduled emails are sent and tracked.
- Emails are now recorded more clearly in correspondence history
- Tracking pixels, used to detect opens, now display correctly instead of showing as broken images
- Delivery is more consistent across all accounts
These changes make it easier to confirm that emails were sent and behaving as expected.

Improved Error Handling and Monitoring
Behind the scenes, we added better logging and monitoring to the scheduled email system.
This means:
- Issues are easier to detect and fix
- System runs are now tracked more clearly
- Admins receive status updates when emails are processed
While you will not see this directly, it helps ensure scheduled emails run smoothly and consistently.
