Our new AI-powered assistant solves that by searching through all of our past content — so you can get the information you need instantly.

Getting started is simple!
Just click the AI Chat button located in the top right corner of your screen. This opens a convenient side panel where you can type in any question — for example:
“How do I add a new room?”
The AI will then search across five key information sources we’ve trained it on:

Each time you ask a question, the AI searches through this knowledge base to find the most accurate, relevant response. Everything it says comes directly from our real support history and resources — ensuring accuracy and consistency.
We’ve also organized all this data by year, so we can easily keep the information up to date as our system evolves.

When you open it on your phone, the chat takes up the full screen for easy navigation. You can quickly switch between the chat, the main app, and our content library — all from one place.
To close the chat, just tap the Exit Chat button, and you’ll return right to the app.
