Details of ReservationKey’s New Referral Rewards Program

We’re thrilled to announce the launch of our Referral Rewards Program — a new way to say thank you to the customers who help us grow by spreading the word about ReservationKey!

For more than 15 years, word of mouth has been one of the biggest drivers of our success. Hoteliers, innkeepers, and property managers who love using ReservationKey have told their friends — and we’re incredibly grateful for that. Now, we’re making it official with a program that rewards you for helping others discover our software.

🌟 How It Works

You’ll find the new Referral Rewards option in your ReservationKey menu. Once there, you’ll see two simple ways to invite others:

1. Share Your Unique Link
   Copy your personalized referral link and share it anywhere — by email, in online forums, on social media, or directly with colleagues. When someone signs up using your link, you’ll automatically receive credit.
2. Send an Invitation by Email
   You can also enter your friend’s email address right from the Referral Rewards page. ReservationKey will send them a friendly invitation email, complete with your name and a clear explanation of how the program works.

💰 The Reward

Here’s the fun part — when your friend signs up for a paid ReservationKey account and completes two months of paid service, both of you will receive an e-gift card worth half of their first month’s subscription fee, up to $200.

So if your referral signs up for a $100/month plan, you’ll each get a $50 e-gift card after their second paid month.

It’s our way of saying thank you — both for sharing ReservationKey and for helping someone else discover a tool that can make managing reservations easier.

📊 Track Your Progress

Your Referral Rewards page makes it easy to see how things are going. You’ll see when your invitations have been sent, who has signed up, and when rewards have been issued. Everything updates automatically so you can track your referrals at a glance.

You can also preview the invitation email to see exactly what your friends will receive, and if you’re curious about the details, the Terms and Conditions link explains the full program rules.
