Whether you embed availability calendars on your website, share direct links with housekeepers, or simply use these views internally to manage your rooms, the new reports make the experience faster, clearer, and far more customizable.
We rebuilt the interface of the availability reports with a focus on clarity and consistency. The refreshed design makes navigation easier, while preserving the tools you depend on—such as month selection, refresh, printing, and custom color settings.
The new layouts feel lighter and more intuitive, helping you quickly understand occupancy and availability at a glance.
For users who embed availability calendars directly into their websites, the updates offer tremendous flexibility. You can now choose from multiple themes to match your brand’s look and feel. Colors for availability and unavailability are also fully customizable.
If you prefer a clean, embedded view, you can hide both the header and footer with a single checkbox—making the calendar blend naturally into your site layout.
One of the biggest improvements is responsiveness. These reports now work beautifully on phones and small screens without sacrificing readability.
A new sticky first column keeps the room names fixed in place while the availability scrolls horizontally. This significantly improves usability on mobile devices and narrow browser windows.

For accounts with multiple properties or many units, selecting rooms is now easier than ever. Each property’s rooms can be expanded or collapsed, and you can quickly “Select All” or “Select None” within any property.

A month-by-month layout with individual calendar blocks. This is especially useful for vacation rentals or single-unit properties where you want to show a simple, standalone calendar for one unit across multiple months.
Historically the most commonly embedded report, now improved with cleaner card-style room selectors, updated theme options, and built-in iframe code for easy embedding.
Each report provides direct Print and Print-Color options, opening the calendar in a new tab for simple printing or linking. This makes it easy to generate housekeeper-friendly daily schedules or provide quick access to key availability views without requiring full login credentials.
