A number of our clients are “members only” and have requested there be a way to restrict access to reservation pages to only members. To help with this we have now created an option to add a password to the reservation page link. This makes it so only people with the correct link can access the system. The link can be distributed directly to members such as in an email to membership.
Changing the page password makes it so that prior links will no longer work, which could be useful if it was necessary to create a new private page each year (to ensure only current members can access reservations).
To set this up, go to the Website tab, Reservation Pages, and click into the page settings. Scroll down to Settings 2 and enter a password.
Then the page url must include this password to load.
If the password is wrong or not included the page does not load.
