How do I export my reservation information?
After you have set up the reservations screen to show you the information desired (date range, properties, etc), click the Export Data link at the top right of the screen. The information displayed on the screen will be what is exported. Even if you are showing just a few records of many (such as 20 of 100 records), all records will be exported.
How do I view reservations specific to a certain room, or in a certain date range?
Enter you date range and click Refresh, or to see reservations from just one property make the adjustment in the Advanced Search.
Is it possible to change the status on more than one reservation at a time, or to delete more than one reservation at a time?
You can change the reservation status by first clicking the checkboxes next to each reservation that you want to change, and then selecting a new status from the drop down box at the bottom of the page. You can also delete many reservations at one time by first checking the reservations and then clicking Delete Selected at the bottom of the page.
