THREE CALENDAR INTERFACES
We have calendars to fit all needs.

• Daily/Monthly Availability Calendars. For properties that rent by the unit (typically vacation rentals, bed and breakfasts, cabins). Set up many units in your account and search all units by availability.
• Hourly Availability Calendars. With our hourly calendars the possible uses are endless. The hourly calendars work well for any item for which you charge by the hour (or half-hour). Some possible uses for the hourly calendars include boat rentals, tool rentals, airplane rentals, office space rentals, tutoring service, music lesson reservations, and home repair reservations.

• Hotel Style Availability Calendars. Ideal for properties that have many rooms of the same type, such as a hotel or condominium complex. With this feature you can add an unlimited amount of rooms and room types per property. Once the reservation is confirmed you assign your guests to specific rooms for each day of their stay.

Use our custom pages feature to create as many pages as you need. You have complete control over the HTML and stylesheet so your pages look exactly how you like. WHO USES RESERVATION KEY?
Property owners love our software as it allows them to painlessly process reservation requests while also keeping their availability calendars automatically updated. Owners of multi-unit properties (such as B&Bs) use our service for everything from marketing their property, to sending their guests automated thank-you emails. Property managers use our software to keep track of reservations in all their units, and they appreciate the ability to quickly and easily search all their properties for availability.

• Availability Summary Calendar Report updated.
• Upload background image for your reservation page. See example.
• Set day of week reservation must begin on (makes it possible to require weekly reservations, such as Saturday to Saturday)
• The text that informs guest of their arrival and departure dates is now customizable
• Send email confirmations to multiple addresses by separating emails with a comma or semi-colon
• Add customized fields to your reservation form. Add as many additional questions as you need, selecting from one of five different field types.
• Reservationkey.com moved to new server. Response time greatly improved!
• Guests can now select a quantity of a package to add to their reservation. Ideal for packages that are offered on a nightly basis, such as pet fee, or parking.
• Improved handling of European style date and currency formats.
• Availability calendar summary now available as a public link. Details under Properties Tab, Public Pages.
• Set up unlimited discount codes. Your guests can use a code when making a reservation which will automatically calculate the discount corresponding to the code entered.
• Accept payments using PayPal Payments Pro. Your guests pay from your availability page with no redirect to PayPal. Accept payments up to $10,000.
• Now set discounts to be a set price or a percentage of the reservation price once a set number of days selected
• Hourly calendars released! Our system can now handle reservations and payments for any item for which you charge by the hour (or half-hour).
• Hotel functionality is finally released! Now you can add multiple room types to a property and the system can search available room types instead of specific properties.
• No longer just for vacation rentals, now you can set your reservation unit to be "day" or "night." Some of our users using the "day" option include an office space reservation company, a pet day care/boarding company, and a boat charterer.
• New report which shows summary of all availability calendars at a glance (see screenshot)
• Lots of new reporting tools - including income/expense, vendor expenses, and reservation data
• Add payments and expenses to specific property or reservation; track income by property and category
