In the search box there is an option for View All.

How do I combine contact details for guests that have been entered into the system more than once?
Check the boxes next to each guest name and then click the button at the bottom of the page labeled Combine Selected.

How can I find guests that have been entered into the system more than once?
Select an option from the second line of search fields, labeled "Find guests with the same". You can then find guests with same name or email addresses.
