15% Hotel Occupancy Tax and $120 cleaning fee added to all stays (already included in weekly rate)
$250 refundable security/damage deposit added to all stays
25% deposit required at time of booking. Balance due 30 days before arrival.

Must be 25 to rent (will verify)

1 small Pet with Owner permission - $50 per stay
