PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: During your stay, you are responsible for any damages and/or missing items. A $75 refundable security deposit will be included in your total rate along with a $55 non-refundable cleaning fee. This is a one bedroom cabin, so rates are for 1- 2 people. An additional $20 per night per person for up to a maximum of 4 people. Please contact us in advance if you plan on bringing more than 2. Special rentals available upon request. CHECK IN TIME BEGINS AT 2:00 PM CHECK OUT TIME IS BY 11:00 AM 15 Day cancellation is requested on nightly rentals and a 30 Day cancellation is requested on monthly rentals. (15% processing fee) We are not responsible for ANY items left in a cabin upon checking out! PLEASE be sure to thoroughly check the cabin for items belonging to you! In the event you return home and discover something was left in the cabin, we will make an attempt to recover the item and ship it to you. Guests are not permitted to have or host "parties" or allow extra guests exceeding the maximum number of people that the cabin sleeps. Anyone conducting a party will be immediately checked out with NO REFUND. Guests are responsible for any and all damages, missing items or repairs necessary to return the premises back to the condition in which the cabin was found upon arrival. We reserve the right to require a refundable damage deposit. Rates are subject to change without notice. In order to help preserve this historic cabin: - Absolutely no cleaning of fish or camping supplies in the creek is allowed - Smoking is not allowed - No pets allowed - Please, do not drop by the cabin without calling first.
