This 2 bedroom / 2 bath unit is located on Indian Rocks Beach, and is a very cute unit! This unit is a townhouse, with the bedrooms upstairs and the living area downstairs. There are 2 parking spaces for this unit, underneath. You can either take a little walk down the beach, or just hang out at the pool and relax. If you like a splash of color, this unit is the right one for you!! It's decorated with a hint of the Florida Keys, and is very welcoming. The kitchen is fully equipped and even has your smaller, convenience appliances, such as waffle iron, popcorn maker, blender, etc. You will certainly feel relaxed in this cute and comfy unit!! This townhome can sleep up to 6 people with 2 king beds and a sleeper in the loft area. The loft area could be considered a small 3rd bedroom. There is cable TV in the living room, as well as both bedrooms, so everyone can watch what they want at night! The heated pool is nice to have in case the kids don't feel like going to the beach to swim, or if Mom just wants to keep a closer eye on little ones. Staying in a townhome is a little more personal, as you don't have lobbies to walk through, or parking garages to worry about. You have your very own parking directly under the unit. Also, this unit is well equipped with a family in mind...it boasts quite a few extra little appliances that you won't find in most vacation rentals, such as a waffle iron, popcorn popper, blender, juicer, and plenty of cooking ware! This unit even provides beach towels, chairs, toys and an umbrella, so all you have to bring is your bathing suit!!!

2. Read and agree to the Rental Agreement.
In order to secure your reservation, we must receive your 25% deposit within 72 hours. This is 25% of the rental amount, and is deducted from the total. We, The Renters (herein also known as Tenants, Guests), agree to the following: 1) We will notify Mandalay Rentals of any damage to the property immediately upon arrival. 2) We understand that any additional cleaning/repairs that is reasonably attributable to broken, damaged or missing items, will be debited to our credit card on file. 3) We will be completely responsible for any and all damage to the unit or property caused by our negligence. 4) We will hold the owners harmless from any and all bodily injury and/or property damage incurred on the property arising out of our negligent acts or omissions (See disclaimer below). 5) We will forfeit the full 25% deposit if cancellation is made less than 30 days from arrival. 6) We will forfeit all monies paid if we do not show up. 7) There are no refunds for early departure or eviction. 8) There are no refunds for weather conditions. 9) All rental monies are due 30 days prior to arrival (unless unit is booked, arriving in less than 30 days, or unless otherwise agreed upon). 10) It is our responsibility to close and lock all doors and windows upon check-out, in order to avoid additional fees. 11) We will not hold the owners responsible for any items left after our check out. 12) Lost keys will incur replacement costs. 13) This is a NON SMOKING unit, and we will be charged by doing so (please smoke outside ONLY). 14) NO PETS allowed. 15) Check in is 3:00 PM and Check out is 10:00 AM. A late check out may be available upon request and is subject to extra rental charges. 16) There is a $20 cash fee for after-hours lockouts. This property is privately owned and we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Tenants are responsible for any accidents, injury, or loss of valuables while staying at all Mandalay Rentals. Disclaimer: Tenants and Guests understand that the Homeowners and Mandalay Rentals are NOT responsible for any personal injury on the property and should practice safe swimming in all community pools and in the ocean. And further that the homeowners are not responsible for any personal injury or loss or damage to tenants� property caused directly or indirectly from foul, inclement weather conditions, Acts of God or nature, or any unforeseeable circumstances. Under no circumstances will tenants or their guests hold the owners responsible for any damages or claims of any kind resulting from their stay, except for intentional acts of harm. This agreement and disclaimer applies to you and all guests within your party. I have read, understand, agree to, and will abide by this rental agreement/disclaimer and all conditions stated herein
